Global International Cooperation and Development (ICD) Division strives to contribute to, and participate in, making the Globe a better place for our generation and children to live, and contribute to motivating the World to reach greater heights every day.

It has an extensive network of partnerships as the proper mechanism to set higher success standards to benefit its customers and partners.

The Division comprises highly qualified experienced professionals in the field of international cooperation development.

It offers suggestions and recommendations to national, local and city governments to counteract the various socio-economic and environmental challenges.

 

 

Also, it assists, and works closely with relevant parties at the international, regional, national, and local governments, and all other related stakeholders to:

○ Promote and improve the recipient’s approach, policy, strategy, and programmes of the international cooperation process.
○ Study, identify, and analyse needs at various levels, and recommend the most appropriate approach and process.
○ Assist in building capacities for international cooperation at the regional, national, local, and corporate levels.
○ Assist in building capacities in this field, including exchange programmes, technical visits, workshops, seminars, conferences and hands-on training.
○ Coordinate with local, national and international research establishments to promote international cooperation through scientific research.

The Division has a strong position to assist developing countries in building and promoting international technical
cooperation for the sustainable development process.
